1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pg368 platform – whether through the official website or the Android or iOS mobile app – you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any published amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Pg368 adheres to strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents before your first withdrawal is approved or when there is activity that requires further verification. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary account suspension.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Pg368 accepts a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other major online banking options. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Policy

General Bonus Terms

7. Account Suspension & Closure

  • Failure to submit requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
  • Account inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.

Voluntary Closure
